Holding Master’s degrees in Public Health and Cultural Project Management & Entrepreneurship, Rosmy combines strategic vision with a profound passion for preserving intangible heritage. As the Founder and Director of Folkuria, she has established a vibrant festival dedicated to the fusion of folklore, culture, and joy. She is also the visionary behind Pasaporte Cultural, a pioneering cultural management initiative designed to pave the way for Latin American artists in the United States and abroad by facilitating residency opportunities and safeguarding cultural identity. As the co-founder of Puerta de Oro de Colombia—an organization recognized by the International Dance Council (CID) and affiliated with CIOFF® USA (official partners of UNESCO) — she has led high-impact projects, including an artistic residency at the HistoryMiami Museum. Rosmy continues reinforcing her mission to "break borders" and connect the world through the richness of folklore and traditional arts.
